Shipping & Returns
Production & Processing Time:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but we try to ship promptly, within 1-3 business days. Wholesale orders require a lead time of 3-7 business days but can sometimes be prepared faster.

All retail card orders are shipped via Canada Post First Class Lettermail, which does NOT include tracking. If you'd prefer to upgrade your shipping, please contact us prior to ordering. Larger parcels are shipped via Canada Post Expedited with tracking.

We do our best to ship quickly, but cannot guarantee delivery times once a package leaves our studio.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. taraelizabethstudios is not responsible for delays due to customs and border checks.

I received my tracking number, but when I check it, there are no updates. Why?

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or custom orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
